For egg & sperm quality

How it works
How it works
Every egg and every sperm cell runs on energy made by mitochondria, and mitochondria run on CoQ10. Your body's own production peaks in your twenties and declines steadily from there — which is part of why egg quality changes with age.
Eggs are among the most energy-hungry cells in the body. Across the roughly 90 days it takes an egg to mature, and the roughly 74 days sperm take to develop, CoQ10 supports the mitochondrial energy that process depends on, while acting as an antioxidant against the oxidative stress that damages reproductive cells.
At 100mg per capsule this is a stronger dose than most CoQ10 on the South African shelf, which matters when the fertility research uses amounts well above a standard supplement dose.

How to use & good to know
How to use & good to know
Two capsules daily, before breakfast. Take them on an empty stomach, first thing — L-arginine absorbs best without food competing for it, so the timing genuinely matters here.
Give it 74 days minimum. Sperm take roughly 74 days to develop, so three months of consistent daily use is the fair test. Clinical observations showed improvements after one month, but the full cycle is what matters.
Test first if you can. A baseline semen analysis, or our at-home SpermCount test, gives you something to measure against. Without it you're guessing at whether it worked.
On blood pressure or heart medication? L-arginine affects blood flow — check with your doctor before starting.

Already active, no conversion needed
Ubiquinol is CoQ10 in its reduced form, so your body absorbs it without the conversion step that becomes less efficient with age.
