Use: Hold the absorbent tip in your urine stream for 15 seconds (or dip it in a clean collected sample), replace the cap, and lay the test flat with the window facing up. Read your result at 3 minutes; don't interpret it after 10 minutes. First-morning urine gives the strongest reading for early testing. If you get a negative before your expected period, retest after 48 hours.
Note: For in-vitro diagnostic (home) use only. Most accurate when used exactly as directed; testing very early can affect results. A positive result should be confirmed with your healthcare provider. Check the expiry date before use, store in a cool, dry place, and keep out of reach of children.

Different collagen types build different tissues, and Collagen-X covers four of them rather than the one or two most collagen supplements offer.
Bovine collagen provides Types I and III — the collagen in skin, hair, nails, bone and the connective tissue that stretches through pregnancy and has to recover afterwards.
Undenatured chicken collagen provides Type II, the collagen in cartilage. Undenatured means it hasn't been broken down by heat, which is what allows it to work the way it does in the joint studies — Chemistry Natural Science cite clinical work showing it outperformed glucosamine and chondroitin for osteoarthritis symptoms.
Eggshell membrane adds Type X, involved in bone and cartilage development.
Hyaluronic acid holds water in the skin. Collagen provides the structure; hyaluronic acid provides the hydration that makes that structure look and feel plump rather than dry.
At 96% protein, there's very little in here that isn't collagen — which is what separates it from blends where collagen is one ingredient among thirty.
