Bacillus coagulans and Bacillus subtilis are spore-forming probiotics, which means they survive stomach acid to reach the gut intact — they're also stable during antibiotic use, when most probiotics aren't. Orafti® inulin feeds the bacteria already there, and the DigeZyme® complex breaks down carbohydrates, protein, lactose and fibre.

Then the skin. Hydrolysed collagen peptides at Types I and III support skin elasticity, hydration, hair and nails, alongside the connective tissue in joints. Eleven antioxidant superfoods deliver 11,560 ORAC units per serving against the oxidative stress that ages skin from within.

Then everything else. Omega 3, 6 and 9 with MCT oils support skin hydration and brain function. Magnesium, calcium and potassium support recovery, muscle function and sleep.
