Ingredient: Per capsule: Magnesium Hydroxide 500mg (210mg elemental magnesium) · Magnesium Citrate 200mg (30mg elemental magnesium) · Total elemental magnesium 240mg. Other ingredients: magnesium stearate, vegetable capsule (HPMC).

Use: Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner,  best in the evening for comfortable next-morning results. Start with 1 and adjust to your body's response; maximum 3 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose. 90 veg capsules = up to a 3-month supply at 1 a day.

Note: Sugar-free. Vegan capsule, with no fillers or artificial additives. Made in a facility that also processes dairy (cow's milk), soy, fish and egg. These magnesium forms work in the gut, not the bloodstream, so this isn't the one for stress or sleep (for that you'd want magnesium glycinate/bisglycinate).

Every egg and sperm cell runs on energy made by mitochondria — and mitochondria run on CoQ10, which naturally falls as we age. Ubiquinol is CoQ10 in its active, already-reduced form, so your body absorbs it more readily than standard CoQ10 (ubiquinone) — more of each dose reaches the cells that need it. Across the ~90-day egg-maturation and ~74-day sperm cycles, that supports mitochondrial energy in developing eggs and sperm, with antioxidant protection against the oxidative stress that ages reproductive cells.

Take 2 capsules daily (100mg) with a meal containing some fat — CoQ10 is fat-soluble, so food boosts absorption.

For fertility, most specialists suggest at least 3 months, in line with the ~90-day egg and ~74-day sperm cycles. 60 capsules = 30-day supply at 2/day.
