What it is: A once-a-day, melt-in-the-mouth iron sachet built on Sucrosomial® iron, with folic acid, vitamin C and B-vitamins — made for trying to conceive and pregnancy.

Sucrosomial® iron wraps the iron in a protective layer that helps it absorb where ordinary iron struggles, so a gentle 21mg dose does the job. It's designed to sit easy on your stomach — where standard iron tablets so often bring nausea or constipation — making it simpler to take every day. Vitamin C helps your body take up the iron; folic acid supports maternal folate status in the critical early weeks; and the B-vitamins support normal red blood cell formation and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Per sachet: Iron (as Sucrosomial® iron / ferric pyrophosphate) 21mg · Folic acid 400mcg · Vitamin C 70mg · Vitamin B6 1mg · Vitamin B12 1.75mcg · Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 10mcg (400IU). Also contains sweeteners: acesulfame K, sorbitol, sucralose, xylitol.

Adults: 1 sachet a day, dissolved directly in the mouth — with or without food — or as directed by your doctor. 30 sachets = 30-day supply.
