Description: Because the test line darkens as your LH rises, you can actually watch your surge building day by day,  which means you can see your fertile window approaching and time intimacy a little earlier, giving yourself the best possible chance each cycle. The extra-wide strip makes those subtle changes easier to read, so you're never left second-guessing.

Use: Dip the strip into urine for 5–10 seconds (don't go past the MAX line), lay it flat on a clean, dry surface, and read within 5–10 minutes. A test line as dark as or darker than, the control line means your LH surge is here. Test around the same time each day, and avoid excess fluids for at least 2 hours before testing, as diluted urine can affect results.
